RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER

  • The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the Full Paper before submission.
  • The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
  • Submitted Full Paper should include non-published data.
  • Full Paper previously presented will not be accepted.
  • All Full Papers should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your Full Paper by a colleague who is a native English speaker, by a university specific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.
  • Please submit symbols as words.
  • You may submit more than 1 Full Paper. However, presenters that are accepted for oral presentation will be permitted to give only 1 oral presentation. Additional accepted Full Papers will therefore be poster only.
  • Full Papers may not be edited/updated after final submission. You are welcome to bring an updated fullpaper onsite with you.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Manuscript style submitted should be double-spaced with 11-point font written in one column format of the layout.
  • A manuscript should be 15-30 pages in total but the cover page.
  • A manuscript is converted to the .pdf format while the author(s) prepare it using a word processing program and submit it as .doc or .pdf format to the system.
  • In the main text, all illustrations (tables and figures) should be mentioned.
  • Footnotes should be numbered and typed at the bottom of the page where they occur. Any acknowledgment, including financial support, should be given as a footnote.
  • The number of contents in a manuscript should be unified; AJIP numberings are four stages; Ⅰ. → 1. → 1.1 → a)
  • Books and articles should be cited in the main text by the author name(s) and date of publication
